Chatt Town Skatepark and Dog area at Pavilion Park Updates

Our new park is officially 85% complete!

Progress is moving along rapidly, and California Skateparks has now finished the majority of our custom, world-class skateable features. Our crews are currently focused on the final stretch: completing interior finishes on the restrooms, pouring sidewalks, installing the bouldering field, and putting in final landscaping.

We are working closely with all project teams to lock in an exact date, and we are officially aiming for a grand opening in *December 2026*. Thank you so much for your continued patience and excitement as we bring this incredible, long-lasting space across the finish line for our community. Stay tuned for official opening details! For public safety and to allow contractors to safely finalize the project, the skate park remains closed to the public at this time. Please refrain from accessing or using the features until work is fully completed.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience as we work to finish this project for our community.

Our new park is currently at about 60% completion! While building a top-tier space takes precision, and we've hit a few minor speed bumps due to weather and coordination with the upcoming Rink Roof airnasium project coming next year, progress is moving right along. Right now, vital underground infrastructure work like electrical, plumbing, and fine grading is well underway, the concrete structure for the restrooms is fully poured ahead of interior finishing, and California Skateparks is on-site nearly every day pouring our custom skate features. We are working closely with all of our project teams to lock in an exact completion date, and in the meantime, we are aiming for a grand opening in late Fall 2026. Thank you so much for your patience and enthusiasm as we build a safe, incredible, and long-lasting park for our community—stay tuned for further updates!
