Project Highlights
- Multimodal Skatepark: A brand-new, top-tier 30,000 square foot concrete skatepark built for precision and progression.

- Upgraded Dog Park: Enhanced amenities and a refreshed layout to give local pets and owners a better space to play.
- Modern Restrooms: Fully renovated restroom facilities to support everyday visitors and larger event crowds.
Project Timeline
Expected Completion: Late Fall 2026
The Skatepark & Public Plaza Renovation is currently in the In Progress phase (approximately 60% complete).
- Infrastructure Work: Vital underground electrical, plumbing, and fine grading are currently well underway across the site.
- Facility Builds: The concrete structure for the renovated restrooms is fully poured ahead of incoming interior finishing work.
- Custom Skate Features: California Skateparks is on-site nearly every day actively pouring custom concrete skate elements.
- Coordination & Completion: We are managing minor speed bumps from weather and coordinating closely with the upcoming Rink Roof airnasium project to lock in a firm completion date for a grand opening in late Fall 2026.

The overall budget and long-term operating plan for the project is as follows:
- Total Renovation Budget: ~$4.4 Million
- Annual Operating Budget: ~$56,000 (Allocated for ongoing management and maintenance once complete)
