100% construction documents are complete and Rivercity Company has secured funding for Riverfront Next to begin. 
Construction is set to begin in late November. The project is expected to last 18 months. Big things are happening as we prepare to revitalize our Riverfront Parks! As of July 1, we have reached 90% completion on our construction drawings, and RiverCity Company’s public fundraising campaign has officially begun. While we are still finalizing the exact construction schedule, physical work is on track to begin this November.
