On September 23, leadership from Community Development and the Mayor’s Office met with the Senior Advisory Board to share progress updates and collaborate on key details, including facility programming, equipment, and enhanced amenities for our seniors.
HK Architects completed and submitted the renovation documents to City Engineering for review. On Monday, September 28, 2026, representatives from Community Development and City Engineering completed a final on-site walkthrough. Additionally, the Land Development Office has received the building permit application, which is currently being processed under permit #CB-26-403.
