District 9 is home to some of Chattanooga's most historic and hard-working neighborhoods—from Missionary Ridge and Ridgedale to Highland Park, Glass Farms, Eastdale, East Chattanooga, Brainered, Old Town Brainerd, and beyond.
Represented by Councilman Ron Elliott, we are focused on building a city that grows without leaving its people behind: safer streets for every neighborhood, investment that fuels both economic growth and creative opportunity, and infrastructure that meets residents where they are—whether that's a repaved road, a new sidewalk, or a restored community center.
